Winter weather: On occasion, because of snow/traffic, we may have to reschedule or change the arrival time of your appointment. We appreciate the understanding.
Winter dryer vents: Sometimes we are unable to clean dryer vents because of snow or ice in the winter months. If this issue does arise we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. If we are unable to clean the vent at the time of service, we will come back in the spring to do so.
