Air Duct Cleaning Pricing - MN Duct Pros

Average cost of air duct cleaning based on square footage:
1000 – 2000 square feet- $400-$500
2000 - 3000 square feet- $450-$650
​3000 - 4000 square feet- $650- $850
 
*These are average prices and do vary a decent amount, your final total will depend on the actual number of vents and trunk lines and sales tax for your area. Systems larger than 4000 sq ft often have more variables involved so we prefer to do an in person quote for an exact total in that case.
 
Service Minimum: To ensure proper compensation for our time and effort we have a $400 plus tax service minimum for air duct cleaning. This covers roughly 20 vents/trunk lines. Dryer Vent Cleaning may be applied towards the service minimum.

Arrival and pricing: Upon arrival we count all ducts (supply and return) and trunk lines to give you an official total before performing services. 
 
Free dryer vent inspection: We also do a quick dryer vent inspection and advise if we think cleaning is necessary. We offer dryer vent cleaning at a discounted rate of $100 when paired with duct cleaning ($150 as a solo service). We will not advise dryer vent cleaning unless we feel you truly need it. There is an additional $15 fee for ladder access vents. 

Winter dryer vents: Sometimes we are unable to clean dryer vents because of snow or ice in the winter months. If this issue does arise we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. If we are unable to clean the vent at the time of service, we will come back in the spring to do so. Emergency winter cleaning may be available in extreme circumstances.
