Before and After the AppointmentAppointment Confirmation: Upon scheduling your appointment, we will send a confimation email. Please review this email for any important information pertaining to you scheduled services.
Service Reminder: We will send a service reminder the day before your scheduled appointment. We will also update the day of service when we are en route with an ETA. Follow Up: Upon completion of service we send a follow up email with a summary of services, invoice, and before and after photos. Being owner operators, we are often on the job during the work week and complete our follow ups on the weekends. You should receive your follow up within one week of service. Please notify us after one week if you do not receive your follow up to ensure it was delivered without issue. We have had occasional issues with photo file sizes or spam mailbox delivery. Before and After Photos: For Dryer Vent Only Customers: We will send any before and after photos of the lint compartment and dryer vent that we are able to capture. We are not always able to get great photos pending on the complexity of the run. We do check the air flow with an anemometer in all situations to confirm proper air flow. For Air Duct Customers: Every home we clean will receive before and after photos. We take multiple photos of every accessible duct to ensure proper cleaning up to our standard. We then organize and compile the images to send to the customer to enjoy as much as we do. Some companies claim to send before and after photos and their customers receive a follow up with a comically low number of photos or none at all. We send photos from every accessible duct that we can get a high quality image in. An average 2000 sq ft home usually receives about 20 side by side before and after photos, with larger systems receiving 50-100 images in some cases. |
