Honesty and Integrity- Our primary aim is to improve your air quality and safety, not merely to bolster our bottom line. We operate with transparency and integrity. We will never recommend a service that we do not feel you truly need. Prior to starting any work, we conduct a thorough assesment of your system and/or dryer vent to ascertain its condition. Should we determine that services are not warranted, we will candidly commincate this to you. While we do charge an inspection fee in such instances, it further validates our commitment to honesty and ethical practice. Unlike less honest companies, we will never recommend unneccassary service intervales. Some of our competitors will tell you that you need air duct cleaning every 1-2 years. This is a flat out lie in most circumstances. If the system is properly cleaned, we recommend 5-7 years, and potentially even longer with proper filtration. Similarly, while annual dryer vent cleaning is often adviced, we recognize that individual circumstances may warrant a different approach. Thus, we come up with a personalized cleaning timeline taking into account factors such as duct length, usage frequency, and accumulated build up. If we do an inspection and cleaning is not required, we will inform you and only charge for inspection.

Quality of services- Ensuring top-notch service quality is an integral part of our operations. As part of our meticulous approach, we monitor industry competitors closely. Regrettably, the quality of services within the industry varies significantly. We have undertaken firsthand evaluations of the work conducted by numerous local competitors, and the outcomes have been less than satisfactory in many instances. Out of the 25 companies surveyed locally, only a select few have met the rigorous standards that define the "High Quality" tier of service provision. Enjoy the samples below, from three of these inspections of three local competitors.
The $300 total home cleanin guys: Sadly, the BEFORE (left of each set) photos above are actually after another company cleaned (claimed to clean) the system JUST WEEKS BEFORE. The AFTER photos are from after we came in and cleaned up what the other guys left behind. This customer was left with a bad feeling after signing up for a $300 cleaning, and being charged $1000. We did a free inspection, helped them get their money back, and proceeded to actually clean the system the right way.
The guys priced just below us: Another fun round of inspection photos. These gems came from a recent dryer vent repair that we were called in to fix. This 5-star, similarly prices company not only damaged the customers dryer vent resulting in hiring us for a full line replacement, but when we checked on their duct cleaning work, it was embarrasing. In the two area's we checked, you can see debris left in the trunk line and minimal agitation, with dust and debris left in the supply run.
These guys actually charge more than us, about 30% more. They didn't even bother to clean this easily accessible trunk line. Unfortunately, a majority of the system looked similar. Sadly, it's an easy industry to fake. That's why we include before and after photos of every vent.
The extra mile- We aren't a one size fits all company. Each home, dryer vent, and system is unique and we treat it as such. Creative challenges, obstacles, and moments of reluctance occasionally arise. In such instances, you can trust us to leverage our creativitity and determination to overcome and conquer. "Good enough" isn't in our vocabulary. Should a situation demand additional attention, we spare no effort in devising and implementing effective remedies.
Before and After Photos- Air duct cleaning integrity is susceptible to manipulation, given the lack of means for customers to verify the quality of service rendered. Recognizing this challenge, we employ a rigorous approach by capturing before and after photos from every accessible vent during the cleaning process. Typically, each home receives 50-100 detailed images of their system. This practice not only ensures comprehensive cleaning for us, but also provides tangible evidence of the thoroughness of our work, offering peace of mind to our clients and mitigating any concerns about potential exploitation.
Fair Pricing- Various pricing structures exist within the air duct cleaning industry. At our company, we adopt a per-vent and per-trunk pricing model, in contrast to others that base their charges on square footage. Despite the additional complexity of our approach, we firmly believe it is the fairest method of remuneration, ensuring clients pay precisely for the services rendered. While square footage pricing may offer convenience, it often entails a higher cost range to accommodate potential unforeseen circumstances. We recognize that every system is unique and therefore warrants individualized treatment, thus favoring a pricing strategy that reflects this principle.
Real Pricing - We see a lot of too good to be true pricing. We even had some issues with a scam company using our name to book jobs. We ended up hiring them for a little callout. Surprise suprise, the $300 total home cleaning guys showed up, told me they were our company, and proceeded to update my total to $800 after taking a look around. There are a lot of hidden fees and fine print on some of these ads. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is. We are competitively priced with the other local high quality companies, and from what I have seen you truly get what you pay for. You can buy a steak at Applebee's, or you can buy a steak at Murray's or Manny's, is the end result going to be the same? Not a chance. We provide services that far exceed the majority of our competition. Why pay a little less, to receive a lot less quality. You wouldn't change half the oil in your car for a lower price. We are an all or nothing company, and from what we have seen, not many provide the quality that we bring to every home.
