What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Do I need to be home at the time of service? We do not require that you are present during service, but it is completely based on your preference. Should you choose not to be present, we will need access to your home and all rooms. How much space do you need near the furnace? We will need a 3 foot wide path to your furnace as well as room in the furnace room for our equipment, we can do some minor moving of items if needed. We will need access to all of your supply and return vents, again we can do some minor moving of items if needed. We will need to remove most vents from floors or walls. Standard Rate for Air Duct Cleaning: $30 per vent and trunk
We also do a quick dryer vent inspection and advise if we think cleaning is necessary. We offer dryer vent cleaning at a discounted rate of $100 when paired with duct cleaning ($150 as a solo service). We will not advise dryer vent cleaning unless we feel you truly need it. There is an additional $50 fee for ladder access vents. Average cost of air duct cleaning based on square footage: 1000 – 2000 square feet- $600-$750 2000 - 3000 square feet- $750-$1000 3000 - 4000 square feet- $1000- $1300 *These are average prices and do vary a decent amount, your final total will depend on the actual number of vents and trunk lines and sales tax for your area. Systems larger than 4000 square feet often have more variables involved so we prefer to do an in person quote for an exact total in that case. |
