Honesty And Integrity

Before beginning any work, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of your system and/or dryer vent to determine its condition. If we find that no services are necessary, we’ll candidly communicate that with you. While there is an inspection fee, this reflects our commitment to honesty and ethical business practices.


Unlike some companies that push unnecessary services, we only recommend cleaning intervals based on actual need. For example, while some may suggest air duct cleaning every 1-2 years, we find that if properly cleaned, a system may only require it every 5-7 years or longer with adequate filtration.



Similarly, though annual dryer vent cleaning is often advised, we customize our recommendations based on factors such as duct length, usage, and buildup. If an inspection shows that cleaning isn't needed, we’ll let you know and only charge for the inspection.

Quality Of Service

Providing exceptional service quality is central to our mission. To maintain our high standards, we carefully monitor industry competitors. Unfortunately, service quality across the industry can be inconsistent. Through firsthand evaluations of many local competitors, we have found that the results are often below expectations. Of the 25 companies we reviewed, only a handful have met the stringent criteria we consider "High Quality." Below, we share samples from three inspections of local competitors to illustrate these findings.

Example 1: The $300 Total Home Cleaning Company: Unfortunately, the BEFORE (left of each set) photos above were taken just weeks after another company supposedly cleaned the system. The AFTER photos show the results after we stepped in and properly cleaned what the other company left behind. This customer initially paid $300 for a cleaning but was later charged $1,000, leaving them with a bad experience. We provided a free inspection, assisted them in getting a refund, and completed the job correctly.

Example 2: These come from a recent dryer vent repair we were called in to fix. A 5-star company, with pricing similar to ours, not only damaged the customer's dryer vent—leading to the need for a full line replacement—but their duct cleaning work was equally disappointing. In the two areas we inspected, we found debris left in the trunk line and minimal agitation, with dust and debris still present in the supply run.

Example 3: This company charges about 30% more than we do, yet they didn’t even clean this easily accessible trunk line. Unfortunately, most of the system looked just as bad. It’s an industry that’s easy to cut corners in, which is why we provide before and after photos of every vent to ensure complete transparency.

Air duct cleaning integrity can easily be compromised, as customers often lack the ability to verify the quality of the service. To address this, we take a thorough approach by capturing before and after photos from every accessible vent during the cleaning process. On average, we provide 50-100 detailed images of each home’s system. This practice ensures that we deliver a comprehensive cleaning while giving our clients clear, tangible proof of the work done, offering peace of mind and eliminating any concerns about being taken advantage of.

Fair Pricing

The air duct cleaning industry offers various pricing models, but at our company, we use a per-vent and per-trunk pricing approach, unlike others who charge based on square footage. While our method may be more complex, we believe it’s the fairest way to ensure clients pay only for the services they receive. Square footage pricing, though convenient, often comes with a higher cost to account for potential unexpected factors. Since every system is unique and requires tailored care, we prefer a pricing structure that reflects this individual attention.

Real Pricing

We see a lot of too good to be true pricing. We even had some issues with a scam company using our name to book jobs. We ended up hiring them for a little callout. The $300 total home cleaning company showed up, told me they were our company, and proceeded to update my total to $800 after taking a look around.


There are a lot of hidden fees and fine print on some of these ads. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is. We are competitively priced with the other local high quality companies, and from what we have seen you truly get what you pay for.


We provide services that far exceed the majority of our competition. Why pay a little less, to receive a lot less quality. You wouldn't change half the oil in your car for a lower price. We are an all or nothing company, and from what we have seen, not many provide the quality that we bring to every home.
